3 Judges Of Presidential Election Tribunal Elevated To Supreme Court

Three judges of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal that ruled against the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] and its candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, have been elevated to Supreme Court.

The judges — Justice Garba Mohammed, Abdu Aboki and Samuel Oseji — were elevated to Supreme Court less than two weeks after delivery of the judgement set up by Appeal Court.

This was contained in a memo released by the National Judicial Council (NJC).
